How the process works
Your weight-loss journey starts by selecting the GLP-1 program that best fits your goals. You’ll be able to browse available options directly on our online shop and review what each program includes, expected benefits, pricing, and what to expect during treatment
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive an email notification letting you know that your consent forms and medical history questionnaire are ready to complete in your patient portal.
These must be submitted before your clinical consultation can be scheduled.
Following your consultation, your provider finalizes your prescription and prepares it for fulfillment. Orders are processed the same day once your consultation is completed.
Once you’ve chosen your program, you can check out securely through our online shop. After payment is completed, your order is confirmed, and we begin preparing your next steps.
After your forms are submitted, our team will contact you to schedule your telehealth consultation with one of our licensed providers. This typically happens within the same 24-hour window.
During the visit, your provider will review your medical history, confirm you’re a good candidate, answer your questions, and create a personalized treatment plan.
Your medication is prepared by our partnered compounding pharmacy and shipped directly to your home. Once your prescription is received, the pharmacy typically processes your order within 1–2 business days.
After processing, your medication is sent through FedEx two-day cold shipping to ensure it arrives safely and maintains its quality. In total, most patients can expect their package to be delivered within 3–5 business days from the time their consultation is completed.
Once your package ships, your tracking information will be automatically emailed to you. Your treatment kit will arrive with everything you need to get started, including your medication, all required supplies, clear dosing instructions, and your personalized titration schedule.
